Backstory

Your Fashion Playground.

Pomelo is Southeast Asia’s leading omnichannel platform with a global mindset: on-trend, online, on-the-go. Shop 1,000s of styles & brands all in one place, online & in stores.

In 2021, Pomelo expanded from being an in-house fashion brand to include third-party local Thai and international brands like Nike, Converse, and Calvin Klein. However, while this attracted many new users, they remain inactive and haven’t made purchases. Pomelo is now investigating ways to improve new user conversion rates.

Problem

The product measurements area in the product page display generic information that doesn’t actually cover the specific product attributes of Heels & Wedges, Flats, Mules, Sandals, Sneakers and Boots subcategories.

We would need to update the Shoe Category Size Guide table to introduce UK and US Size.

Understanding

What is the “Pomelo Size”?
Pomelo doesn’t have shoe as an in-house product
Third party shoes brand in Pomelo are using Euro size (36, 37, 38, 39, 40)

Is it UK size or US size, does it depend on the Brand?
It depends on the brands, usually global brand will have US, UK Size e.g Nike, Adidas
The brand need to provide us their own EU, US and UK sizes

How might we communicate to the user how the size she pre-selected is related to the attributes displayed in the product measurements table.

How might we introduce two new attributes, US Size and UK Size, to the product measurements table, should we create a new table? If yes, how might we display those tables for the different subcategories?
